becomes a much bigger problem.

3. Have Your Carpet Professionally Deep Cleaned by August

Because of all the nasty things that can find their way into your carpet fibers, it is incredibly important get

a professional cleaning done for the sake of both your floor and your family. This should be done semi-

annually, but even having it done once a year will help.

4. Buy New Door Mats

New year, new room, or at least that's what it will feel like once you've moved things around a bit.

Rearranging your furniture is also a great way to prevent pressure dents in your floor.

It's far to easy to neglect the grout in between your tiles, but carefully cleaning it will make your whole

floor, shower, or backsplash look much more pristine.
